Title

Person who got old have deep knowledge, and ruins have mysterious charm. Secondhandcloth and vintage are interesting. Shoes and notebook which we used until it crumbles with attachment, it is even with the proof of the effort. It is not a bad thing to become old. I put a meaning not to be a bad thing to decay.

Concept

I exaggerate a crack with a color and plunge it into a solid.

Idea

I was interested in the figure that imminent quality deteriorated by a natural phenomenon.

Expression

I traced various things which decayed. I paid attention to the crack of the particularly beautiful state to be broken. I considered how you expressed a pattern. For example, I have a chemical reaction to a copper sheet, I have a chemical reaction to a copper sheet, I wrap the board with a thread, a string, wire. Finally, I decided put two pieces of boards and paint it with spray.

Color

I used the black that imaged the profundity of the crack. In contrast, the red fluorescent color, which individualized the line of the crack. The cream that bright positive light consulted the surface.

Function

I put my hand on edge and draw it.

Material

MDF board

Process

Board which I painted and cut in the form of the crack together in bond on the square.

Future

I assumed the size as store household articles. I want to develop size, and use as storing to the place where an individual work or an art museum.
