‘SKWAT/Shachill in CIBONE’ is the second project of SKWAT, the independent movement by Keisuke Nakamura of DAIKEI MILLS and the other board members. They held SKWAT as a guerrilla store in the two weeks before lifestyle shop CIBONE Aoyama closed for business due to the relocation. CIBONE Aoyama was once designed by DAIKEI MILLS in 2014. And they have been involved in the design of the store following its relocation.
The designer Nakamura installed a green geometric pavilion inside the existing store that is partially traced and combined with the floor plan of the new CIBONE store. Besides, the cafe Shachill opened a pop-up shop in part of the SKWAT.
