The name “nôl” came from the French word, “non-usuel” (non-usual) and “noir" (black). The purpose of this kitchen studio is to have occasional dinner events and catering. An ample kitchen space and a table with 8 seats were constructed.
A black-based design was requested, but for the guest seats, dark grey was the colour of choice. This space is unique from other restaurants because the space’s walls have a grey gradation design with blue-grey and dark grey. Also, it gives a different impression from the hotel in the same building that makes use of the keynote colours of white and green.
Additionally, nôl’s kitchen’s design is highly functional with stainless steel, and a professional chef group also uses the kitchen as their studio. This formation of the kitchen allows people who are on the road in front of the hotel to see the chef clearly. This area demonstrates the uniqueness of the kitchen and increases the value of the hotel.
